The literature particularly mentioned the underdeveloped leadership capacity of new faculty in terms of practical training and lack of teaching competency. Participation by experienced faculty and faculty development are essential in helping faculty to settle into a university environment.\nConclusion: Major issues were broadly categorized as improvement
