The literature particularly mentioned the underdeveloped leadership capacity of new faculty in terms of practical training and lack of teaching competency. Participation by experienced faculty and faculty development are essential in helping faculty to settle into a university environment.\nConclusion: Major issues were broadly categorized as improvement in teaching activity, immaturity of newly appointed faculty, etc., opportunities for research activities, 版，CiNii Articles を用い，キーワード「看護系大学」「看護教員」で80 件の文献が抽出された．\n結果：【専門領域別臨地実習の現状と課題】などからなる「臨地実習における課題」，【科目別特定項目の教授方法】【カリキュラムの現状と課題】などからなる「教授活動における課題」，【研究活動の課題】，【新任・助手・助教の課題】などからなる「キャリア発達における課題」など3 つのカテゴリーが見出された．\n考察：看護系大学の増加により，臨地実習における課題や教授方法に関する課題が山積し，抽出された文献の半数以上を占めた．特に新人教員の臨地実習における指導能力の未熟性，教師効力の不足が指摘された．経験豊富な教員の参与，Faculty
