| 内容記述 | 小児の外傷では、肘関節周辺部の骨折や脱臼がしばしば生じ、発育期のために骨端軟骨損傷を常に伴い、その診断および治療にさいして、種々の問題が生じる。ことに年令により骨化核の出現時期が異なり、X線像はきわめて複雑な様相を呈するために、診断が困難なことが多い。小児では、自家矯正能力が高いといっても、可及的正確な骨折の整復を行わないと、発育障害や矯正不能の変形を後遺するおそれがある。本稿では、正確な診断のための骨化核の推移、X線の読影法について述べ、小児における肘肘関節部の骨折および脱臼をあげ、その診断と治療法について論述する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the childhood, occurrence of the fracture of the elbow region is most common. At the fall down or tumble down, these infuries occure frequently. It is very difficult to diagnose of these injuries, because the joint cartilage is plenty and can not revealed on X-ray film. So we should catch the period of the ossification center of the region. The order of appearance of the ossification center is as follows. The average age being indicated, capitulum is about 5 months, radical head is 5 years, medical epicondyle is 5-7 years, trochlea is 7-11 years, olecranon is 8-10 years and lateral epicondyle is 11-13 years. It is especially useful to remember the sequence as CRITOE. Fusion of the secondary centers of elbow region is about 15-18 years. In this paper, several fractures and dislocations of the elbow joint were presented. | |||||
