| 内容記述 | 神奈川県における産婆制度は、1873(明治6)年に雇い人・周旋業者と共に業務従事の届出をすることに始まる。1876(明治9)年には、医師・鍼灸・揉療治などと共に取締規則が出され鑑札が与えられるようになった。その後、数回の改正を経て、1884(明治17)年には、産婆取締規則として独立した。一方試験は、翌1885年に産婆試験規則が公布された。試験は、甲種・乙種の二種類に分類され、それぞれの試験科目が出された。神奈川県では、これ以降1899年に全国的に統一された産婆規則が制定されるまで、同規則により産婆は管理された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The midwifery system in Kanagawa pregecture started in 1873 (Meiji 6), When midwives as well as hired people and internediaries got registerd for their businesses.In 1876 (Meiji 9), they, like doctors acupuncturists and massagers, were given regulations and got licensed. After several revisions, regulations for midwives became separete in 1884 (Meiji 17). Rules of examination for midwives were made public in 1885, the next year. There were two courses (Kou and Otu), either of which had its own subjects to be tested. Since then until 1899, when newly nationwide unified regulations were made public, midwives in Kanagawa prefecture were in charge of the above mentioned regulations. | |||||
