| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、理学療法学科学部生の就職先と就職先選定における関心事項を明らかにすることである。対象は、2000から2001年に国際医療福祉大学保健学部理学療法学科を卒業した187名、平均年齢24±3歳(男性94名、平均年齢24±4歳、女性93名、平均年齢23±2歳)である。就職内定先は、医療施設が全体の80%と大部分を占めた。他は、大学院進学7%や老人保健施設3.7%であった。内定先の希望順位は、60%が第一志望であった。希望勤続年数は、5年程度以下が過半数を占めていた。就職先選定要因についての関心度は、職場の人間関係を最も重視していた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of present study was to announce the place of employment and clarify some of the concerns on looking for a position. The subjects were 187 students who graduated from IUHW on 2000 or 2001. The average age was 24. Nearly 80% of all the places of informal employment ware a medical institution. The rest includes graduate schools (7%) and health care facilities of the elderly (3.7%). Approximately 60% of all the students managed to obtain the informal employment as their first choice. More than half of all the subjects intended to work for no more than 5 years. The most important factor on choosing a position was the relationships of colleagues at work. | |||||
