| 内容記述 | 目的：地域包括支援センター（以下，支援センター）における保健師等の地域づくりの重要度と実施状況に関する保健師および看護師（以下，保健師等）と主任介護支援専門員ならびに社会福祉士の三職種（以下，三職種）間の認識を明らかにする． 方法：全国の支援センターに勤務する三職種を対象に自記式質問紙による郵送調査を実施し，保健師等が行う【介護予防事業】と【地域組織の育成】の活動（以下，地域づくり）について重要度と実施状況を 10 段階で回答を求めた． 結果・考察：分析対象者は 711 人とし，重要度は三職種ともに中央値が 9～10 点ですべて重要な活動と捉えてい た．実施状況は，保健師等の中央値が 5～7 点，他職種は 7～8 点で，重要度に比べて低い評価であった．【地域組織の育成】の中の「地域活動を担う人の発掘・育成」「自主的な地域での住民組織の育成」「身近な地域での住民組織の育成」「地域組織間の連携のための連絡調整」について保健師等は，5 点と特に低かったが，重要度は他職種の方が低く，専門性の共通理解を深める必要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Objectives: This study aims to clarify perceptions among public health nurses and other nurses (hereafter referred to as public health nurses), chief care support specialists, and social workers (hereafter referred to as the three professions) of the importance and implementation status of community health activities by public health nurses at a community support center． Methods: An anonymous, self-administered questionnaire survey was mailed to three professions working at a community support center asking for answers on a 10-point scale regarding the importance and implementation status of “long-term care prevention projects” and “fostering community organization activities” (hereafter referred to as community health activities) by public health nurses. Results and Conclusions: A total of 711 people (respondanses) were analyzed, and all three were regarded as important activities with a median score of 9‒10. The median score of implementation for public health nurses was 5‒7, while it was 7‒8 for other professionals, which was lower than the importance level. The importance of the following items was particularly low for public health nurses and other professionals, with a score of 5 points, but the importance level was lower for other professionals, indicating the need to deepen the common understanding of specialization. It was suggested that the “identification and fostering of people’s participation in community activities,” “fostering of voluntary community organization,” and “coordination for cooperation between community organizations” were under community health activities. |
