| 内容記述 | 目的：妊婦と助産師の双方向から妊娠期の母子感染症に関する保健指導を検討する． 方法：調査は 2 段階で行い，研究Ⅰでは 3 施設の妊婦対象に質問紙法を行い，定量的分析，研究Ⅱでは助産師 5人に半構造化面接を行い質的帰納的に分析した . 結果：研究Ⅰでは 116 名から有効回答を得た . 妊娠期の保健指導のニーズは体重管理，妊娠経過，育児技術などに集中し，母子感染症について 9 割は関心があっても保健指導の受講状況は 2 割で，認知度は CMV が最も低かった．情報源は WEB，テレビなど多岐に渡っていた．研究Ⅱの保健指導では，助産師らは母子感染症については個別対応に留まり，医師との棲み分けや施設の方針次第という消極的な傾向がみられた．また，近年の妊産婦がインターネットで調べすぎて，情報に混乱していると指摘した．COVID-19 感染拡大下で対面での保健指導が困難な状況で，WEB などに頼らざるを得ない状況が窺えた．正しい情報提供のための WEB 教材やオンライン指導などの工夫が必要である． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: To study the health guidance on infectious diseases passing from mother to child during pregnancy from the perspectives of pregnant women and midwives. Method: The survey was implemented in two stages: In Stage I, a questionnaire was given to pregnant women at three facilities for subsequent quantitative analysis, while in Stage II, semi-structured interviews were conducted with five midwives for subsequent qualitative and inductive analysis. Results: In Stage I, valid responses were obtained from 116 people. The needs for health guidance during pregnancy were mainly weight management, the course of pregnancy, and childcare techniques. While 90% of the respondents were interested in infectious diseases passing from mother to child, the attendance rate of health guidance was 20%, and CMV had the lowest recognition rate. The sources of information were diverse, including the Web and television. The research conducted in Stage II showed that, in the health guidance, midwives were only able to deal with infectious diseases passing from mother to child on an individual basis, and there was a negative tendency that midwives acted depending on the policy of the facility and the division of roles between them and doctors. This research also found that recently pregnant and parturient women have done too much independent research on the Internet and have been confused by the flood of information. This reflects the current situation during the COVID-19 pandemic where it is difficult to provide face-to-face health guidance, which forces people to rely on the Web. Therefore, it will be necessary to provide online materials and guidance so that people have access to correct information. Conclusion: Use of the Web in response to the needs for information on infectious diseases passing from mother to child will be a challenge under the COVID-19 pandemic. |
