| 内容記述 | 目的：本研究の目的は，自ら意思を決定することが困難な知的障害者に対する，相談支援専門員による意思決定支援の方法を明らかにすることである． 方法：社会福祉士を有し，計画相談支援の経験を 5 年以上有する者 10 名に対し，インタビューガイドを用いた半構造化面接を行い，定性的データ分析を行った． 結果：本人への意思決定支援の支援内容について，環境設定，意思形成支援，意思表明支援，意思の推定，意思実現支援の過程において 17 の支援内容が抽出され，他者からの影響，表明と推定の区別，多様な社会資源などが特徴的であった．家族への支援として，思いの受容，協力関係の構築などが抽出され，施設・事業所との十分な連携も抽出された．相談支援専門員の意識として，ストレングス視点，社会参加支援などが抽出された． 結論：知的障害者，家族および施設・事業所に対して，相談支援専門員の視点をもとに，意思決定の過程に沿っていかに支援すべきかの具体的な方法が抽出できた． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to clarify methods of support by consultation support specialists for decision-making for persons with intellectual disabilities who have difficulty in making their own decisions. Methods: We surveyed 10 social workers with more than 5 years of experience in planning consultation support through semi-structured interviews using an interview guide, and qualitatively analyzed the data. Results: Regarding support for decision-making, 17 support contents were extracted under the categories of the process of environment setting, support for formation of intention, support for expression of intention, estimating intention, and support for realization of intention. Characteristic support contents were the influence of others, the distinction between expressions and estimates, and various social resources. Under the category of support for the family, acceptance of thoughts, building of cooperative relationships, etc., were extracted, as well as sufficient cooperation with facilities. Strength perspectives and social participation support were extracted under the category of the consciousness of the consultation support specialists. Conclusion: We were able to extract specific methods for providing assistance to persons with intellectual disabilities, their families, and facilities during the process of support for decision-making from the perspective of consultation support specialists. |
