| 内容記述 | セルフメディケーション推進を通じて,高血圧症,高脂血症,糖尿病,肥満など,心臓病や脳卒中などの循環器系疾患イベントにつながる生活習慣病対策を現実化していくにあたり,ドラッグストア従事者の生活習慣病に関する認知度や取り組みの実態,生活習慣病薬のスイッチOTC 薬への転換にかかわる意識調査ならびに,ドラッグストアに足を運んできた顧客を対象とした,生活習慣病予防と健康づくり,さらにドラッグストアのかかわりに関する意識調査を実施した。その結果,顧客の意識調査から,地域住民が求める気軽に健康相談できる場としてドラッグストアを位置づけることで,住民の生活習慣改善の力となることが示された。ドラッグストア側では,薬剤師の積極的な介入による生活習慣病薬のスイッチOTC 薬化が進み,また薬剤師以外の従事者は改正薬事法で規定される登録販売者として一般住民の健康維持・増進に関する相談業務に応じることで,地域住民の生活習慣病対策としてのセルフメディケーションを推進させることが期待できる結果であった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Investigating how to initiate the self-medication for preventing lifestyle-related diseases leading cardio and cerebral vascular event, e.g. hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, or obese, two surveys were conducted on persons working at the drug stores and their customers. The former survey focused on theirknowledge on lifestyle-related diseases, the current activity for improving the community lifestyle and the attitude towards the over-the-counter (OTC) switch of medicines for lifestyle-related disease, and the latter focused on their mind-set on the healthcare for preventing lifestyle-related diseases and the positioning ofdrug stores. The survey results of drug stores' customers suggested it would be a big help for changing their lifestyle if drug stores could take a health consulting role where people can drop by casually. Drug stores could lead the community's self-medication for preventing lifestyle-related diseases when OTC switch ofmedicines for such diseases is accelerated supported by the active intervention of pharmacists at drug stores, and non-pharmacists to take responsibilities for providing healthcare consultation to communities as a qualified `registered distributor' newly classified by the revised Pharmacy Law. | |||||
