| 内容記述 | 目的：地震災害における病院での災看護活動に関する国内外の文献の概観により研究の動向を明らかにし，今後取り組むべき研究上の課題検討のための示唆を得る． 方法：データベースは医学中央雑誌，CINAHL with Full Text を用いた．キーワードは災害，地震，看護，病院，disaster nursing とした．対象文献 40 件について発行年，研究目的，研究方法，結果を抽出して整理し，研究内容は類似性で分類した． 結果：研究内容は「超急性期から慢性期における災害看護活動の実際と課題」「備えに対する看護職の意識・認識」「各部署における減災・防災体制の整備」「看護職のメンタルヘルス」に分類された． 結論：今後の研究上の課題として，発災時間別や部署別の行動指針に関する研究，自施設の地域特性や地震発生の時季などを考慮したリスクマネジメントに関する研究，組織的支援や看護管理者に焦点を当てたメンタルヘルス研究の必要性が考えられた． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: This study aims to review articles published in Japan and other countries that report on disaster nursing in hospitals for earthquake disasters, and to obtain ideas that are useful to examine issues to be addressed in future research. Methods: Using the keywords, saigai, jishin, kango, byouin, and disaster nursing”, articles were identified through the Ichushi Web database and CINAHL with Full Text databases. We chose and organized 40 articles by the year of publication, research purpose, methods, and results, and classified the articles based on the similarities in research topics. Results: For the research topics, articles were classified in “actual conditions and issues in disaster nursing from the hyperacute to the chronic stage”, “interests and awareness of preparation among nursing staff”, “preparation for disaster mitigation / prevention employed by different departments”, and “mental health of nursing staff”. Conclusions: As research topics in future research, we may need to conduct research on the action guidelines organized by the time zone of disaster occurrences and by department, on the risk management based on the regional characteristics of facilities and the time of earthquakes, and on the mental health with a focus on organizational support and nursing managers. |
