| 内容記述 | 目的:中国東北部本渓市内一地区の在宅高齢者の心身不自由度と介護や支援の必要度についての実態を把握して,当該地区の高齢者の介護ニーズを明らかにし,地域の高齢者対策に寄与することを目的とする。 方法:日本の「要介護認定調査表79項目」および「障害老人の寝たきり度と痴呆性老人の日常生活自立度判定基準」により,調査対象高齢者の心身不自由度と介護の必要度を調査した。 結果:調査対象者の27.7%が「要介護(要支援を含む)高齢者」,30.4%が「障害老人」,また,14.8%が「認知症症状を有する老人」と推定された。 結論:調査対象地区が所在する本渓市は勿論,中国全体としてまだ介護保険等の在宅要介護者対策が無く,障害や認知症症状を有する高齢者に対する医療体制やリハビリテーション施設も極めて不十分である。中国人口の高齢化が急速に進行しつつある現状に鑑み,高齢者対策の確立が急務であると考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose; To make clear the extents of mental and/or physical disorders and the necessity of nursing care for the elderly persons at home in Benxi City located in the north-eastern region of China, which would contribute to the promotion of the welfare of the aged in the region concerned. Method; With "the questionnaire on the need of the nursing care" and "the criteria for the degrees of the self-supporting of the aged with the mental and/or physical disorders in their daily living", the extents of mental and/or physical disorders and the necessity of nursing care were investigated with regard to the elderly persons chosen for this study. Results; It was estimated that 27.7% of the elderly persons under study required either some nursing care or support, 30.4% of them had a certain physical disabilities and 14.8% of them showed symptoms of dementia. Conclusion; Not only in Benxi City, where the present study was performed, but also in China as a whole, there are no public measures to care for the elderly persons at home who require the nursing care services, such as the nursing care insurance. There are also no adequate medical services as well as rehabilitation facilities for the old people who suffer from physical and/or mental disorders. In view of the rapid aging of the Chinese population, it is considered that the establishment of the official measures for these old persons would be urgently necessary. |
