Among the collected responses, a quantitative text analysis was performed on the free responses received from 123 hospitals.\nResults: The analysis results indicate a tendency to believe that politically promoted medical services  refer to a field (No. of appearances: 27) or diseases (49) in which the government (58) should be involved and also to a treatment (28) cause a problem of their profitability (27). In particular, it has been revealed that public hospitals see politically promoted medical services as “medical services with problematic profitability” (59.2% of the entire responses based on content classification), whereas private hospitals regard them as services within the framework of the definition of a “government” (Jaccard coefficient: 0.286) “field” (0.167). Regarding methods for improving their profitability, the respondents anticipate measures for “medical fees” (No. of appearances: 34 appearances/0.311) and “aid” (36 appearances/0.288) in general terms as well as “emergency” (11 appearances/0.115) in concrete terms, for example.\nConclusion: The respondents recognize politically promoted medical services have a strong connection with the government and their profitability.
