 note = {今回,我々は,地域住民健康ケアにおける薬局薬剤師の活動の現状と問題点について241 名の薬剤師(大都市薬局に勤務:46 名,地方都市薬局に勤務:113 名,調剤薬局に勤務:82 名)にアンケート調査をし,今後の薬局薬剤師のあるべき姿を検討したので報告する。
政府施策に関しての周知度は,医薬品販売規制に関しては高いものがあったが,全般的にセルフメディケーション推進,一般用医薬品化の推進などに関しては低かった。また,薬剤師の将来的な供給過多についての認識は,調剤薬局>地方薬局>都市薬局の順の高さであった。このような背景において,実際に,現在地域住民健康ケアに関わる活動をしている割合は,その重要度は認識されているにも関わらず,どのタイプの薬局においても2 割前後であり,十分な活動が行われていないことが明らかとなった。その理由としては,時間的な余裕がない>意識の切り替え>政府施策が不十分>資金がない>薬剤師会の理解,の順であった。
今後,これらの調査を基にして,地域住民の健康に貢献できる薬局薬剤師のモデルつくりを介入試験によって行っていきたい。, The survey was conducted among pharmacists in pharmacy on their current status and issues of their activities concerning community health care. 241 pharmacists in all (46 in metropolitan and urban areas,113 in local areas and 82 in prescribing pharmacies) have answered the questionnaire.
As for the popularization of the government policy, the result shows that the sales regulation law of medical drugs has been well known, whereas the rate of the popularization for the promotion of the self-medication and the switching the OTC are not high. And the oversupply of pharmacists in the future is highly recognized, and the order of the three groups according to the high recognition is as follows; the top group is prescribing pharmacists followed by local ones and then metropolitan (urban) pharmacists.On the basis of this background, the implementation rate of the actual activities by the pharmacists for community health care is only around 20% among the three typed pharmacists, nevertheless the importance has well been recognized.That low rate implies that such activities are not yet practiced effectively.Several reasons for such circumstances are, in order from the top; (1) less time to spare, (2) less capacity for switching over,(3) ineffective administration for the government policy, (4) the lack of the fund, and (5) less understanding on the part of the Japan Pharmacists Association.Our next research aim based on the results of the questionnaire is to construct the model of the potent contribution by the pharmacists in order to promote the community health care, making use of the method of the interventional study.},
