A score of 0 indicated flaccidity, 1 indicated movement without full range of motion, and 2 indicated full range of motion. The score for each joint was analyze by using friedman’s repeated\nmeasures followed by Tukey multiple comparison tests. The distribution chart of total score also was presented.\nResults: The score of the fingers was significantly higher than the elbow. The distribution chart of total score showed that 12 of 36 (33%) neonates of BPBI were score 0 and had flaccid paralysis.\nConclusion: The result showed that the upper roots of the brachial plexus were more affected and there were many severe cases. Consequently, validity of simple BPBI assessment scale was suggested.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的:青年海外協力隊の活動中に筆者らが分娩麻痺患者に対して作成した簡易的な運動機能評価の有用性を明らかにすること.\n対象:ムナジモジャ病院理学療法部門を受診した生後1 か月未満の新生児36 名.\n方法:「0 点は全く動かない,1 点は全可動域ではないが動作は可能,2 点は全可動域で動作可能」と定義し点数化した.肩スコア,肘スコア,手スコア,手指スコアの4 項目の点数に対し,Friedman 検定後にTukey の方法による多重比較を実施した.また,合計点の分布を提示した.\n結果:手指スコアが肘スコアと比較して有意に高かった.36 名中12 名の運動機能評価の合計点が0 点であり弛緩性の麻痺を呈した.\n結論:上位型麻痺の多さ,新生児期での重度麻痺症例の多さを提示でき,筆者らが分娩麻痺患者に対して作成した簡易的な運動機能評価の有用性が示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Sawaya, Yohei"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Onoda, Ko"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Maruyama, Hitoshi"}]}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"国際医療福祉大学学会"}]},"item_10001_radio_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_radio_item":"publisher"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID(NCID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12537130","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"21863652","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"沢谷, 洋平"},{"creatorName":"サワヤ, ヨウヘイ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"小野田, 公"},{"creatorName":"オノダ, コウ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"丸山, 仁司"},{"creatorName":"マルヤマ, ヒトシ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-10-16"}],"displaytype":"simple","filename":"23_2(63-68p).pdf","filesize":[{"value":"689.2 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"本文(PDF)","url":"https://iuhw.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/900/files/23_2(63-68p).pdf"},"version_id":"21ad8b1a-81ff-4d6b-9e15-ebc030d57eec"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"分娩麻痺","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"タンザニア","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"ザンジバル","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"青年海外協力隊","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"brachial plexus birth injury","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Tanzania, Zanzibar","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"分娩麻痺に対する簡易的な運動機能評価の有用性―タンザニア連合共和国ザンジバルにおける青年海外協力隊の活動を通して―","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"分娩麻痺に対する簡易的な運動機能評価の有用性―タンザニア連合共和国ザンジバルにおける青年海外協力隊の活動を通して―"},{"subitem_title":"Validity of simple brachial plexus birth injury assessment scale ―Through the activity of Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in Zanzibar, the United Republic of Tanzania―","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"15","path":["138"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2018-10-16"},"publish_date":"2018-10-16","publish_status":"0","recid":"900","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["分娩麻痺に対する簡易的な運動機能評価の有用性―タンザニア連合共和国ザンジバルにおける青年海外協力隊の活動を通して―"],"weko_creator_id":"15","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-21T10:40:29.320560+00:00"}
