大学看護学科の周手術期・急性期の看護学実習を行う3 年生54 名（平均年齢20.9 ± 1.4 歳）を対象に，実習前後で精神健康度（GHQ-12），ストレス・コーピングについて，無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った．\n結果：手術翌日に約半数がストレスを最も強く感じ，そのストレスの対象は記録であった．GHQ-12 は，実習前4.4± 3.3 点から実習後7.1 ± 3.1 点に有意に高くなった（p ＜ 0.01）．ストレスとGHQ-12（r＝0.69，p ＜ 0.01），満足感（r＝0.39，p＝0.01），問題焦点型（r＝－0.43，p ＜ 0.01）は中程度の相関があった．\n考察：ストレスが高い人ほど精神健康度が低くなり，問題焦点型のコーピングが行えていないことが示唆された．今後は，実習期間中の学内日や面談のあり方を検討し，問題焦点型の対処行動が取り難い学生に対する支援としては，問題を明確にできるよう指導し，それに対する行動を具体的に示す必要があると考える．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Kikuchi,
