The effects of reduced exposures were examined by changing X-ray exposure conditions and image processing parameters configured by radiological technologists in a clinical laboratory setting. As a result, the standard surface dose of 187 µGy used at our hospital (the guideline set by the Japan Association of Radiological Technologists is 200 µGy) was reduced significantly to 9 µGy, representing a reduction to 1/20th of the total by improving exposure conditions and image processing. Flexible noise control (FNC), a non-linear filter, contributed the most to this reduction in dose out image processing parameters. Visual assessments of images indicated a level of quality that was adequate for examining infant hip joints. This proposed technique is anticipated to be able to achieve a similar reduction in exposure dose for examining other body parts and patient types by clarifying the conditions required for image quality.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は,CR を用いた幼児股関節撮影において,必要な画質を維持したまま被曝線量を可能な限り低くすることであり,診療放射線技師が臨床の現場で設定するX 線撮影条件と画像処理パラメータを変え,線量低減の効果を検証した.その結果,当施設での従来の表面線量の標準値187 μGy(日本放射線技師会のガイドラインは200 μGy)に対して,9 μGy という大幅な線量低減が可能になった.撮影条件の改善と画像処理により,総合で1/20 の低減である.画像処理では非線形フィルタであるノイズ抑制処理(FNC)がノイズ低減に大きく寄与していることがわかった.画像の視覚評価を実施し,幼児股関節の診断に十分な画質であることを確認した.ここで得られた手順により,他の部位や疾患についても,画質に要求される条件を明確にすることにより,それに見合う低線量化が可能であると考える.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Tomisato, Kenichi"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Iinuma, Kazuhiro"}]},{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Maruyama, Tomoyuki"}]}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"国際医療福祉大学学会"}]},"item_10001_radio_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_radio_item":"publisher"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID(NCID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12537130","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"21863652","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"富里, 謙一"},{"creatorName":"トミサト, ケンイチ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"飯沼, 一浩"},{"creatorName":"イイヌマ, カズヒロ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"丸山, 智之"},{"creatorName":"マルヤマ, トモユキ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-11-15"}],"displaytype":"simple","filename":"22_2(17-26p).pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.1 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"本文(PDF)","url":"https://iuhw.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/862/files/22_2(17-26p).pdf"},"version_id":"94da483b-d51a-4091-bf76-b97a732ff2ce"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"幼児股関節撮影","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"線量低減","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"ノイズ制御処理","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"コンピューテッド・ラジオグラフィー(CR)","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"infant hip joint","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"low-dose X-ray","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"noise reduction","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"flexible noise control (FNC)","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"computed rediograpy (CR)","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"幼児股関節X 線撮影における線量低減方法の研究","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"幼児股関節X 線撮影における線量低減方法の研究"},{"subitem_title":"Study of methods to reduce X-ray exposure dose during infant hip joint examinations","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"15","path":["136"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-11-15"},"publish_date":"2017-11-15","publish_status":"0","recid":"862","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["幼児股関節X 線撮影における線量低減方法の研究"],"weko_creator_id":"15","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-21T10:41:25.333632+00:00"}
