A total of 144 students (response rate: 55.8%) agreed to cooperate by filling in a questionnaire.\nResults: 129 students received unofficial offers from medical institutions, with the majority of these, 106 (89.6%) students, receiving unofficial offers from general hospitals. Regarding the catalyst to apply to prospective employers, job postings at the university were most common with 36 (25.0%) students in total. The prospective employer was the first choice in 112 instances (77.8%). In cases wherein the prospective employer was not the first choice the most common reason given was rejection by the first choice employer for 19 students (67.9%). Regarding the choice of place of employment, it was revealed that the following items, in order, were ranked in terms of having a high degree of interest: human relationships in the workplace, field and specialty, salary and benefits, working hours and days, scale of a facility, research and scholarly activities, area and location, and the number of the physical therapists.\n　Conclusion: The study showed that 90% of future places of employment were medical institutions for respondents, whose concerns focused primarily on human relationships in the 年度理学療法学科学部4 学年258 名とした．アンケートの協力が得られた対象者は全体で144 名（回収率55.8％）であった．結果：就職内定先は医療機関が129 名（89.6％）であり，そのうち一般病院が106 名（73.6％）と大半を占めていた．内定先に応募したきっかけは大学の求人票が全体で36 名（25.0％）と最も多く，内定先が第一志望であった割合は，112 名（77.8％）であり，第一志望でなかった理由は第一志望が不採用であった割合19
