As described in this paper, we specifically examined Ueda City, Nagano, which is regarded as the birthplace of home-help services, and Osaka City, where the service was developed, to examine background information related to the birth of home-help services. Results show a strong influence of the thought of free education observed in the former: particularly locally based learning, the Shinano Colledge for the Adult, promoted change in awareness in an independent manner and formed the educational foundation necessary to cultivate the \"creativity\" to make what they needed on their own. Philosopher Kiyoshi Miki taught at the Shinano Colledge for the Adult as a lecturer, and Harasaki received the influence of Miki philosophy on his thought from Chisei no kaizo (Re-creation of Intelligence).After connecting those two key persons, Miki and Harasaki, this paper presents a review, in a multilayered manner, of how Miki philosophically influenced Harasaki by scrutinizing the contents of his teaching. We believe that this consideration provides an important perspective that elucidates the educational underpinning of the birth of home-help services in Japan.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本のホームヘルプ事業創設の功労者の一人として、長野県社会部厚生課長であった原崎秀司があげられる.本稿では、ホームヘルプ事業の発祥地とされる長野県上田市や先進地域である大阪市に特化して、同事業誕生の背景事情を検討した.その結果、とりわけ、前者において自由教育思想の強い影響が窺えた.すなわち、信濃自由大学という地域住民中心の学習は、自らの主体的な意識改革を促し、人々の生活にとって必要なものを自分たちで作っていくという\"創造性\"を育む教育的土壌を形成していた.この信濃自由大学で講師を務めていたのが、哲学者の三木 清であり、三木哲学の思想的影響を『知性の改造』を通して受けていたのが原崎であった.本稿では、三木と原崎という二人のキーパーソンを線で結んだ上で、三木の教授内容を調べることで、原崎への思想的影響を重層的に捉え直すことを試みた.この考察は、わが国のホームヘルプ事業誕生の教育的背景を理解する上で、不可欠な視点になると考える.
