| 内容記述 | 目的：本研究の目的は国際医療福祉大学作業療法学科で実施した早期臨床実習における学修効果を学生の視点から探索的に明らかにすることである． 方法：対象は作業療法学科1年生43名であった．実習終了後に学生が記載したリフレクションシートの内容についてテキストマイニング分析を実施し，頻出語の抽出と共起ネットワークの作図を行った．生成された共起ネットワーク図については頻出語同士の関係や頻出語が用いられている原文を参照しながらカテゴリー化を行った． 結果：早期臨床実習の学修効果として【作業療法実践に必要なコミュニケーションスキル】【対象者理解のための作業療法の視点】【個別性を捉えた作業療法支援】【作業療法に対する認識のアップデート】【作業療法の職域を知る】【チーム医療の一員としての作業療法士】といった6つのカテゴリーが生成された． 結論：早期臨床実習は，単に作業療法の専門性や技能に対する理解を深めるに留まらず，作業療法士が関わる幅広い領域や多職種連携の重要性など包括的な視点を醸成するのに有益である可能性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the learning effects of early clinical practice in the Department ofOccupational Therapy at our university from students’perspectives. Methods: The participants were 43 first-year students in the Department of Occupational Therapy. A text mining analysiswas conducted on the content of reflection sheets written by the students after clinical practice; frequently occurring wordswere extracted, and co-occurrence networks were plotted. The generated co-occurrence network diagrams were categorizedbased on relationships between frequently occurring words and the source texts in which they were used. Results: Six categories were generated as learning effects of early clinical practice: “communication skills necessary foroccupational therapy practice,”“understanding clients from an occupational therapy perspective,”“occupational therapysupport tailored to clients,”“updating their awareness of occupational therapy,”“understanding the scope of occupationaltherapy,”and “occupational therapist as a member of the health care team.” Conclusions: Study findings suggest that early clinical practice may be beneficial not only for deepening the understandingof occupational therapy expertise and skills but also in fostering a comprehensive perspective that includes various areas inwhich occupational therapists are involved and the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration. |
