| 内容記述 | 目的：地域連携薬局認定数が目標1万件に対し，いまだ4,000件超に留まる現状を踏まえ，地域連携薬局制度導入前後の課題領域を俯瞰し，今後の普及策に資する課題の整理を行うことを目的とする．<br />方法：地域連携薬局に関連する国内文献のナラティブレビューを行った．<br />結果：キーワードで検索した結果，523件の文献が抽出された．この523件の文献から選別した対象文献29件を課題領域で分類した結果，①制度・趣旨，②認定基準，③在宅医療との関係，④調剤報酬との関係，⑤データによる解析，の5つに分類された．<br />結論：地域連携薬局認定数増のため基準緩和や調剤報酬上の評価を行うと，地域連携薬局の質低下や本来の役割と齟齬を来たす．在宅における役割に着目し，認定基準見直しや適切な調剤報酬の在り方を検討し，地域連携薬局が果たす機能や実態を踏まえたデータ解析研究が必要である． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose: To provide an overview of the areas of concern before and after introduction of community cooperative pharmacy system, and organize issues that will contribute to future dissemination of measures, considering the current situation where the number of certified community cooperative pharmacies is still only over 4,000, compared to the target of 10,000.<br />Methods: A narrative review of the national literature related to community cooperative pharmacies was performed.<br />Results: Based on the keyword search, 523 references were extracted. Of these, 29 target references were selected and classified into the following five categories: (1) system and purpose, (2) certification criteria, (3) relationship with home healthcare, (4) relationship with dispensing fees, and (5) analysis based on data.<br />Conclusion: If standards are relaxed and dispensing fees are adjusted to increase the number of certified community cooperative pharmacies, it could result in a decline in the quality of these pharmacies and conflict with their original role. It is necessary to conduct data analysis studies based on functions and realities of community cooperative pharmacies, focusing on their role in home healthcare, reviewing certification criteria, and considering the appropriate dispensing fees. |
