| 内容記述 | 目的：文献検討から国内の医療現場における看護補助者の実態を明らかにする．<br />方法：「看護助手」，「看護補助者」をキーワードとし，医学中央雑誌Webの検索をした．1,764文献から絞り込みを行い，44文献を抽出し，研究対象文献別に3つに分類された．看護補助者の研究報告の少なさ，レビュー論文としての構成が整えられていない文献が多いことから，分析方法は川喜田氏のKJ法を用いて構造化した．<br />結果：原著論文数は看護師14,945（97.2％）に対して看護補助者426（2.8％）であり，看護補助者研究数の少なさが示された．協働，教育/育成，認識，業務の島が共通しており，看護補助者が看護チームの一員として認識を高める要因，看護補助者と看護師の関係性が協働・業務委譲に及ぼす影響，看護補助者参入に向けた課題と看護管理者の認識が確認された．<r />結論：看護補助者の実態から，看護補助者への職務継続支援，業務範囲の明確化，互いの認識を理解した看護チームの協働推進，標準化された看護補助者教育の必要性が確認された． | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose: This study aims to clarify the current state of nursing assistants in Japan’s healthcare settings through a literature review.<br />Methods: A web search of the Japan Medical Abstracts Society (Ichushi-Web) was conducted using the keywords “nursing assistant”and “nursing helper.”From 1,764 articles, 44 relevant papers were extracted and categorized into three groups based on the subjects of study. Given the scarcity of research reports on nursing assistants and the incomplete structure of many review articles, the KJ method, developed by Jiro Kawakita, was used for structured analysis.<br />Results: The number of original research articles on nurses was 14,945 (97.2%), while the number of studies on nursing assistants was only 426 (2.8%), highlighting the lack of research on nursing assistants. Common themes identified across the studies included collaboration, education/training, awareness, and tasks. Factors that enhance the recognition of nursing assistants as part of the nursing team, the impact of the relationship between nursing assistants and nurses on collaboration and task delegation, challenges related to the inclusion of nursing assistants, and the perceptions of nursing managers were confirmed.<br />Conclusion: Based on the actual situation of nursing assistants, the need for job retention support, clarification of scope of work, promotion of teamwork with an understanding of mutual perceptions, and standardized education for nursing assistants was confirmed. | |||||||||||||||||||||
