| 内容記述 | 目的：介護福祉士養成課程で重視される7つのコアコンピテンシーについて，介護職員の意識として保有しているかの実態と施設種別間での意識の違い，関連する属性や経験について明らかにする．<br />方法：全国の介護事業所の介護職員を対象とし，郵送紙面調査を実施し，463名の回答者を得た．介護職員の保有コンピテンシーについて調査し，探索的因子分析により介護福祉士養成過程のコンピテンシーとの比較を行った．施設種別の差異はマン・ホイットニーのU 検定を用いた．<br />結果：訪問介護事業所（以下，訪問介護）の方が介護老人福祉施設（以下，施設）と比較して職員の介護の実践能力であるコンピテンシーが高い傾向にあった．また，施設と訪問介護とで異なる属性が影響を与えていることがわかった．<br />結論：介護福祉士養成課程でのコンピテンシー教育は，介護現場でも有用であった．介護現場でのコンピテンシーを高めるには，訪問介護や施設といった施設種別の差異や経験を考慮した能力開発のプログラムの構築が必要である． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose: To elucidate whether care workers are aware of the seven core competencies valued at the care worker training course, the differences in awareness levels between workers at different types of facilities, and related attributes and experiences.<br />Methods: The target included all care workers in nursing care facilities across the country. A mail survey was conducted, and we received responses from 463 care workers. We investigated the competencies of the care workers and compared them with the required competencies of the care worker training course using exploratory factor analysis. We used a Mann–Whitney U test to evaluate the differences in facility types.<br />Results: Staff at visiting nursing care offices (hereinaf-ter referred to as “visiting nursing”) tended to show a higher level of competencies in practical nursing abilities than staff at nursing care homes for the elderly (hereinafter referred to as “homes”). The differences in attributes between “homes”and “visiting nursing”were also found to influence the results.<br />Conclusion: The competency education used in the care worker training course was also useful in the actual nursing field. In order to increase competency levels in the actual nursing field, it is necessary to create a competence development program given the different levels of awareness between workers at different types of facilities such as “visiting nursing”and “homes,” and related attributes and experiences. | |||||||||||||
