| 内容記述 | 日本では急激な高齢化が進み，経済的困窮状態にある高齢者も増加している．生活保護を利用する高齢者世帯も増加しているが，様々な理由から生活保護を利用せず，経済的に厳しい状況を続いている高齢者世帯もある．本研究ではケアマネジャーが認識する「経済的な困窮状態にある高齢者の精神・社会的な健康問題」を把握し，その特徴を明らかにすることを目的とし，ケアマネジャー10名へインタビュー調査を実施した．その結果，経済的困窮状態にある高齢者の精神的・社会的な健康問題の特徴は【現状への諦め】，【問題解決力の脆弱性】，【精神的な不安定さ】，【一般的な生活環境からの逸脱】，【支援の受け入れが困難】，【他者からの介入を拒む】の6カテゴリーで構成されていることが明らかになった．以上のことから，これらの精神・社会的な健康問題の特徴を対して，何らかの支援策を検討していく必要があるということが示唆された．<br />目的：ケアマネジャーが認識する「経済的な困窮状態にある高齢者の精神・社会的な健康問題」を把握し，その特徴を明らかにする．<br />方法：半構造化面接による質的記述的研究方法を行う．<br />結果：経済的困窮状態にある高齢者の精神的・社会的な健康問題の特徴は【現状への諦め】，【問題解決力の脆弱性】，【精神的な不安定さ】，【一般的な生活環境からの逸脱】，【支援の受け入れが困難】，【他者からの介入を拒む】の6カテゴリーで構成されていることが明らかになった．<br />結論：経済的困窮状態にある高齢者の精神・社会的な健康問題の特徴を対して，何らかの支援策を検討していく 必要があるということが示唆された．<br /> |

| 内容記述 | With the rapid aging of Japan’s population, the number of elderly people living in poverty is increasing. While the number of elderly households relying on public assistance is growing, there are also elderly households that do not use public assistance for various reasons and continue to be in an impoverished situation. In this study, we conducted an interview survey of 10 care managers with the aim of understanding the mental and social health problems of elderly people living in poverty, as perceived by care managers, and to clarify the characteristics of these problems. We applied qualitative descriptive research methods using semi-structured interviews. Our results revealed that the characteristics of mental and social health problems among impoverished elderly people can be grouped into six categories: resignation to their current state, poor problem-solving skills, mental instability, atypical living environment, difficulty accepting help or support, and isolation. These findings suggest that it is necessary to consider some support measures to counteract these characteristics of mental and social health problems.<br />Purpose: To identify and characterize the “mental and social health problems of elderly in poverty”as perceived by care managers.<br />Methods: Qualitative descriptive research methods with semi-structured interviews were used.<br />Results: The characteristics of mental and social health problems among impoverished elderly people can be grouped into six categories: resignation to their current state, poor problem-solving skills, mental instability, atypical living environment, difficulty accepting help or support, and isolation.<br />Conclusion: These findings suggest that it is necessary to consider some support measures to counteract these characteristics of mental and social health problems. | |||||||||||||||
