| 内容記述 | 目的：臨床で助産師として就業する修了生を対象に大学院教育への質的評価を聴取し，今後の助産師教育への示唆を得る．<br /> 方法：質的記述的調査でA大学大学院の修了生13名を対象に面接調査を行った．<br/ > 結果：13名の質的評価内容をコード化した結果，合計312コードであった．テーマは［大学院の入学動機・レディネス］［助産診断学・技術学の有用性と多大な課題の負担］［助産師としてのアイデンティティに影響する分娩介助実習/継続事例実習・助産所実習］［将来の有益性が期待される教育・管理への関心と学修効果］［課題研究による研究能力の取得と修了後の有益性］［助産を大学院で学んで良かったこと］に分類された．<br/ > 考察：大学院の入学動機は資格取得，学位取得であった．実践の基盤である助産診断学・技術学は，時間外の課題や記録物の負担が大きく科目間の調整が必要である．助産学実習はロールモデルとなる助産師の存在からアイデンティティ形成に重要で，今後も継続すべきである．一方，教育，管理への関心はうすく，課題研究は修了後に積極性または苦手意識に分かれた． |

| 内容記述 | Objective: To obtain suggestions for future midwifery education by conducting a qualitative evaluation of graduate education among graduates who work as midwives in clinical practice.<br/ > Method: A qualitative descriptive survey was conducted through interviews with 13 graduates of A University’s graduate school.<br/ > Results: The qualitative evaluations of the 13 participants resulted in a total of 312 codes. The themes were classified into [motivation and readiness to enter graduate school], [the usefulness of midwifery diagnostic and technical studies and the burden of significant challenges], [influence of labor assistance practice/continuing case practice & midwifery practice on the identity of a midwife], [interest in education and management with anticipated future benefits and learning outcomes], [acquisition of research skills through project research and post-graduation benefits], and [positive aspects of studying midwifery at graduate school].<br/ > Discussion: The students’ motivations for entering graduate school were to obtain qualifications and degrees. Midwifery diagnostics and technology, the foundation of practice, require adjustments between subjects due to the heavy burden of extracurricular tasks and documentation. Midwifery practice is important for identity formation due to the presence of midwives who serve as role models and should be continued in the future. On the other hand, the students were not interested in education and management and were divided between those who had positive and negative attitudes toward the research project after completing the course. |
