| 内容記述 | 目的：看護における臨床判断・推論力を強化するための効果的な教育方法と評価法について示唆を得るために臨床判断/推論力強化を目的とした看護教育介入研究を統合する．<br/ > 方法：Joanna Briggs Institute（JBI）システマティックレビューガイドラインを参考にして包括的文献レビューを行った．<br/ > 結果：看護における臨床判断・推論力強化のための無作為割り付けをした教育介入研究論文は14件で，すべて海外で行われており看護学生を対象としたものであった．近年はバーチャルシミュレーションの開発・評価研究が多く行われており，ライブシミュレーションと同等の効果が示されている．臨床判断・推論力の評価方法は，妥当性信頼性が検証されている尺度があることが確認された．<br/ > 結論：国内における現任看護師を含めた臨床判断・推論力強化のための教育介入研究の必要性があり，本研究の結果を応用することができる．臨床判断・推論力を評価する尺度の使用には，再評価と検討が必要である． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: This review aims to integrate research of educational intervention to obtain an indication of effective educational and evaluation methods to strengthen ability of clinical judgement and reasoning for nursing.<br/ > Methods: A systematic review was conducted based on the guidelines of Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI).<br/ > Results: 14 randomized controlled trials of educational intervention to strengthen ability of clinical judgement and reasoning for nursing were extracted. They were all conducted overseas and on nursing students. In recent years, many of these studies were development and evaluation of virtual simulations and they showed to be as effective as live simulations. There were some scales that were tested and verified for their validity and reliability of evaluating clinical judgement and reasoning ability.<br/ > Conclusion: There is a need for educational intervention research to strengthen the ability of clinical judgment and reasoning for nurses in Japan, and this study can be utilized. More evaluations and examinations are necessary on the use of scales for assessing ability of clinical judgement and reasoning. |
