| 内容記述 | 目的：介護支援専門員が持つ認知症カフェに対する評価および認知症カフェの送致に関連があるかを明らかにする．<br/ > 方法：名古屋市の居宅介護支援事業所に所属する介護支援専門員343名に，郵送調査を実施した．利用を勧めた経験とケアプランへ反映させた経験を認知症カフェ送致度とし，認知症カフェのステークホルダーに対する評価を，認知症カフェに対する4つの有効性の評価，認知症カフェの運営状況・業務内容に対する評価，ケアプラン作成でのインフォーマルサービスの重要度でとらえた．<br/ > 結果：重回帰分析の結果，勤続年数と認知している認知症カフェの数において，認知症カフェ送致度との間に関連が示された．また，介護支援専門員の認知症カフェへの送致が低いことが明らかとなった．<br/ > 結論：認知症カフェと介護支援専門員のつながりが現状では弱いため，今後はこのつながりを強くすることで，送致が高まることが期待される． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: This study clarifies the relationship between care managers’evaluations of dementia cafes and the referral rates of these managers.<br/ > Methods: A postal survey was conducted among 343 care managers working at home care support groups in Nagoya City. The questionnaire included two main aspects: “The degree of referral to the dementia cafe”(covering both the experience of recommending its use and the reflection of this experience in the care plan) and “The evaluation of dementia cafes” (comprising four evaluations: effectiveness of the dementia cafe, evaluation of the operation and content of dementia cafes, and the importance of informal services in creating care plans).<br/ > Results: The results of a multiple regression analysis demonstrated a relationship between the length of service, number of dementia cafes recognized by care managers, and the level of referral to dementia cafes. It was also revealed that the degree of referral to dementia cafes was low.<br/ > Conclusion: Given the current weak connection between dementia cafes and care managers, it is anticipated that this connection will strengthen in the future, resulting in an increase in referrals. |
