| 内容記述 | 目的：学生相談カウンセラー（以下，Co）による学生のニーズに応じた相談援助のあり方と，その援助形態ごとの連携・協働の活動を整理する．その上でCoが行う教職員や親などとの連携・協働のあり方やその工夫を具体的に考察する． 方法：2013年から2022年までの10年間に発刊された『学生相談研究』を中心に，学生相談実践に関する事例研究44本を抽出し文献検討を行った． 結果：Coは，学生の学生生活上のさまざまな問題に応じて，Co自身の専門性と強みを貸した相談援助を提供していた．その過程では，Coが学生との関係のみではなく，教職員や親との関係の中での連携・協働の活動を重視し積極的に取り組んでいることが明らかとなった． 結論：Coと教職員や親などとの連携・協働は，学生の成長を目指した支援の一環である．Co同士の協力関係も活用して行う教職員や親との連携・協働についての研究が待たれるところである． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: We propose an outline for the organization of counseling and support services by student counselors (Co), tailored to students’needs, including collaborative and cooperative activities associated with each supported format. Subsequently, we delve into the Co’roles in collaborating with teachers and parents. Further, we discussed strategies for fostering effective collaboration. Methods: We conducted a literature review by selecting 44 case studies related to the practice of student counseling. Specifically, we focused on research on “student counseling research”published during the last 10 years from 2013 to 2022, and reviewed the literature. Results: The Co offered counseling support, leveraging their expertise and strengths, to address various student life challenges. During this process, it became evident that Co prioritize and actively participate in cooperative and collaborative activities, extending beyond student interactions to encompass relationships with teachers and parents. Conclusion: Coordination and collaboration among Co, teachers, and parents are vital in supporting students’growth. This highlights the necessity for further research on collaboration and cooperation among these parties that foster cooperative relationships to enhance student support. |
