| 内容記述 | 目的：本研究では，妻と夫それぞれの夫婦間コミュニケーション態度や夫婦間コミュニケーション行動，夫婦関係満足，精神的健康が，妻の夫婦関係満足へどのような影響を与えているかを検討することを目的とした． 方法：2018年9月14日から17日までに，WEBアンケート調査を用いて，5年以内に乳がん手術を受けた中年期患者の妻99人とその夫99人（計198人），99組の夫婦を分析対象とした．分析方法として，相関分析，t 検定，重回帰分析を用いて検証した． 結果：妻の「夫婦関係満足」は夫の「夫婦関係満足」と妻の「生活共同」，「罹患年数」に影響を与えることが明らかとなった． 結論：妻のがん罹患においても夫婦がともに夫婦関係に満足しており，夫婦の満足感は相互関係にあることが推察された．特に，生活の中で共に時間を共有すること，コミュニケーション行動を取ることが夫婦関係の満足感には重要であり，妻のがん罹患から年数が浅いほど，お互いを思いやる機会も多いことが考えられ，妻の夫婦関係満足に影響を与えていることが示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: This study aimed to examine the impact of both wife’s and husband’s attitudes towards their marital communication behaviors, marital satisfaction, and mental health on the wife’s marital satisfaction among middle-aged patients with breast cancer. Methods: Data were collected via an online survey between September 14-17, 2018. In total, 99 middle-aged women who had undergone breast cancer surgery within the last five years and their husbands (198 participants). Responded data from the 99 couples were analyzed using correlation analysis, t-tests, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The wife’s “marital satisfaction”was influenced by the husband’s “marital satisfaction,”the wife’s “shared daily life activities,”and “number of years since diagnosis.” Conclusion: Even after the wife’s diagnosis with cancer, if both partners were satisfied with their marital relationship, their satisfaction was reciprocally connected. Especially, sharing time in daily life and engaging in communication behaviors played a significant role in marital satisfaction. The shorter the time since the wife’s cancer diagnosis, the more opportunities for mutual care and consideration, which impacted the wife’s marital satisfaction. |
