| 内容記述 | 目的：本研究の目的は,筆者が分析した介護殺人事件の仮の類型「暴行等介護殺人」「同意殺人等介護殺人」「無理心中等介護殺人」「放棄等介護殺人」の確認と，その類型を基に防止策を検討することである． 方法：居宅介護支援事業所に所属する虐待等の対応経験がある介護支援専門員6名に対してフォーカス・グループ・インタビューを行い，質的帰納的に分析した． 結果：6名全員が介護殺人事件等の対応経験はないとするものの，似た状況の対応として【対人援助技術の基本を実践する】【介護者・家族のアセスメントを実施する】【身体的・心理的・社会的な視点で支援する】【死の状況を想定しながら支援する】【危機介入アプローチを実施する】【連携して支援する】の6つがカテゴリー化された． 結論：人生経験や実務経験の長い介護支援専門員は，介護殺人事件の防止策の特徴と考えられる【死の状況を想定しながら支援する】ことができている可能性と，家族介護者の悲観の感情に気づくことの重要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to confirm the provisional types of homicides or murder-suicides by family caregivers analyzed by the author, “Assault homicides by family caregivers”, “Consent homicides or murder-suicides by family caregivers”, “Homicides or murder-suicides by family caregivers such as forced double suicide”, and “Abandonment homicides by family caregivers”, and to examine prevention measures by referring to the types. Method: Focus group interviews were carried out with six care managers who belonged to the in-home nursing care support offices with experience in dealing with abuse, etc., and they were analyzed qualitatively and inductively. Result: Although all six participants do not have experience dealing with a nursing care murder case, etc., six categories were classified as dealing with similar situations:【Practicing the basics of interpersonal assistance techniques】, 【Conducting an assessment of caregivers and family members】, 【Providing support from the physical, psychological, and social perspec-tive】, 【Providing support while assuming the situation of death】, 【Implementing a crisis intervention approach】, 【Supporting in collaboration】. Conclusion: The care managers with long life experience and work experience indicated that homicides or murder-suicides by family caregivers could be able to 【Support while assuming the situation of death】, which is considered to be a feature of the prevention measures for homicides or murder-suicides by family caregivers, and that it is important to notice the feelings of the pessimism of family caregivers. |
