| 内容記述 | 目的：家族の要介護化に伴い，仕事を退職し介護を選択した家族が，介護を選択した背景と，離職後に介護に専念し介護を受容する（肯定的に受け止める）までの心理変容を明らかにする． 方法：複線経路・等至性アプローチ（TEA）を用いて，研究協力者3名（男性2名，女性1名）に対して個別に面接調査を行い，その語りから，介護離職前から離職後も含めて仕事への意識と介護に関わる認識のプロセスを，質的に分析した． 結果：介護を受容する（肯定的に受け止める）ようになったのは，介護中ではなく在宅介護が終了し，1）社会とのつながりが再生され，2）将来の見通しが立ち，3）自分の行った介護体験を振り返り，4）生活の立て直しができた，その後であった．「介護体験が役立っていると感じる」ことが促進要因となっていた． 結論：介護が終了したとしても心理的に回復しているとはいえないことを踏まえ，介護者が主体的に関わった部分を自覚するなど，振り返りを援助し，介護者が自ら行った介護に心の折り合いをつける過程を支援することが求められる． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the background of the decision making of those who choose to leave their work environment to dedicate themselves to caring for sick and elderly parents. The study also looks at the psychological process in accepting the caring experience positively. Methods: Using Trajectory Equifinality Approach (TEA), the interview survey was conducted individually by 3 research collaborators (2 males and 1 female). Based on the interview, the author qualitatively analysed psychological process of the carer both before and after leaving their work environment to care for their sick and elderly family members. Results: The study identified 4 steps in the decision making process is as follows: 1) the connection was re-established with the society, 2) the prospect for the carer’s future was established, 3) reflecting on their nursing care experience, 4) to rebuild the essential foundations of their life. The perception of the caregiving experience being beneficial has served as a facilitator for acceptance. Conclusion: However, even after the nursing care ended the carers had not fully recovered mentally. The perception is that caregiving experience has been beneficial and has also served in facilitating the caregiver in accepting the experience. It is necessary to support the process of reflection, where the carer recognizes actively their involvement and comes to terms with the care they have done, in order to help them find emotional balance. |
