| 内容記述 | 目的：小学生に対する心肺蘇生教育は先駆的に実施されてきているもの，全国的にも普及には至っていない現状にある．そこで小学生への心肺蘇生教育の課題を明らかにすることで，今後の心肺蘇生教育への示唆を得ることを目的とし，文献検討を行った． 方法：検索には医学中央雑誌刊行会Web版を用い，キーワード検索を心肺蘇生・小学生とした． 結果：検索の結果，15文献が抽出された．小学生への心肺蘇生教育の課題は，〈必要性の認識の低さ〉〈評価の難しさ〉による【教育的意義の浸透】，〈講師手配に係る負担〉〈学校外部からの人的限界〉による【人材確保】，〈手技取得の難しさ〉〈AED設置場所の認知度の低さ〉〈命の重さの実感からくる不安〉〈知識と技術の定着のしにくさ〉による【発達段階に合わせた指導内容】が見出された． 考察：小学生への心肺蘇生教育の実施・普及には，生命尊重を目指した教育的意義を社会的に浸透させるために，医療機関や消防等の様々な機関と教育現場が連携をして心肺蘇生教育の機会を定期的に確保していくことが望まれる． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: Currently cardiopulmonary resuscitation education (CPR) of primary school students has been implemented in many schools in Japan on a trial basis. However, it has yet to be introduced nationwide. With this background, we conducted a literature review to identify issues in CPR education of primary school students and to obtain ideas for future CPR education. Methods: We searched the Ichushi Web database for original articles published in Japan using the keywords “cardiopulmo-nary resuscitation, primary school students”. Results: Fifteen articles were retrieved. The analysis of the retrieved articles showed the following issues related to CPR education of primary school students: “Penetration of the educational significance”due to <Low awareness of the necessity of the education> and <Difficulty in evaluation>, “Securing suitable instructors”due to <Burden of arranging instructors> and <Limitations on available instructors from external sources>, and “Instruction content matched to developmental stages” due to <Difficulty in acquiring the skills>, <Low awareness of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) locations>, <Anxiety from the perceived value of life>, and <Difficulty in mastering the knowledge and skills>. Conclusion: To implement and disseminate CPR education to primary school students and to socially instill the educational significance of CPR education that aims to respect lives, it is necessary to provide opportunities for CPR education through cooperation between educational experts in various organizations such as medical institutions and fire departments on a regular basis. |
