| 内容記述 | 目的：本systematic reviewの目的は，国内外の麻酔看護師のコンピテンシーの研究動向を明らかにし，コンピテンシーの抽出，構造化を図ることである． 方法：文献検索は医学中央雑誌，PubMed, CINAHL, MEDLINE，PsycINFOをデータベースとし，文献検索語は『麻酔看護師』，“nurse anesthetists”，“clinical competency”，論文検索形態は「原著論文」，PubMed はFull text，CINAHL，MEDLINE，PsycINFOはabstractとした． 結果：選定基準に適合の文献は27 文献であった．諸外国の研究は能力向上のシミュレーション等教育介入研究の報告が14文献，本邦の研究は1文献のみの非ランダム化研究であった．報告されたコンピテンシーは「臨床判断力を基盤とした実践能力」「専門職としての意識と患者尊厳のための態度」「多職種連携，チームを統制する管理能力」の3コンピテンシーに大別し，構造化を図った． 結論：諸外国のコンピテンシー研究は教育介入研究である．本邦の研究はまだ限られているため今後の課題である．本邦の周麻酔期看護師教育は，制度を享受したコンピテンシー強化教育が必要となる． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The objectives of this systematic review are to examine studies on competencies of nurse anesthetists in and outside Japan, and to identify and classify these competencies. Methods: Literature searches were performed in Ichushi-Web, PubMed, CINAHL, MEDLINE, and PsycINFO. The search terms were “nurse anesthetists”and “clinical competency”in an article search for “original article”, full text in PubMed, and abstract in CINAHL, MEDLINE and PsycINFO. Evidence level grades were summarized in tables based on the selected articles, and study quality was evaluated. Results: A total of 27 articles met the inclusion criteria. Of these, 14 overseas reports were educational intervention studies including performance-enhancing simulation, and one domestic report was a non-randomized study. Reported competencies were classified into three categories: “practice skill based on clinical decision making”, “professional sense and attitude toward patient's dignity”and “interprofessional collaboration and ability to manage a team”. Conclusion: Competency studies in many countries are performed as educational interventions, but there are few such studies in Japan. This suggests that nurse anesthetists in Japan should be educated by competency enhancement using a suitable system. |
