| 内容記述 | 目的：乳児を育てる母親の育児不安に影響する母親関連要因を検討し，今後取り組むべき研究課題を明らかにする． 方法：医中誌Webを用いて，キーワードを育児不安（育児ストレス・育児困難感），母親，乳児と設定し，国内文献をレビューした．対象文献22件について発行年，研究方法，結果を抽出して整理し，内容は類似性で分類した． 結果：研究内容は，母親が持っている特徴と母親を取り巻く環境要因に大別され，母親の特徴は，気質的傾向，夫や家族・育児や子ども・自分や自分の状態に対する感情・認識，ストレスへの対処とコミュニケーション能力に分類された．母親を取り巻く環境要因は，育児経験，妊娠期の育児準備，仕事や趣味・社会活動への参加に分類された． 考察：育児不安に影響を与える母親要因に関する研究課題として，1）母親の気質的傾向が基盤となり育児不安に影響を与えていることを検証する必要性，2）心理的健康を保つ個人特性や夫婦の関係性に着目した研究，3）妊娠期からの育児教育に関する研究が求められていると考えられた． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: This study aimed to examine the mother-related factors affecting parenting anxiety of mothers rearing their infants and find the research topics to be further explored. Methods: The Internet-based retrieval service, Igaku Chuo Zasshi (ICHUSHI) was used to retrieve the articles published in Japan by entering the keywords “parenting anxiety,”“parenting stress,”“parenting difficulty,”“mother,”and “infant.”The year of publication, purpose, methods and results were extracted from the retrieved 22 articles, which were investigated and classified based on the similarity. Results: The mother-related factors described in the articles were roughly classified into two groups: mothers’own characteristics and the environment surrounding mothers. The mothers’characteristics included their temperamental disposition; their feeling and cognition about their husbands and families, parenting and their infants, and mothers themselves and their own condition; and their stress coping abilities and communication skills. The mother’s environmental factors were divided into the past parenting experience, parenting preparations during the period of pregnancy, and involvement in the work, spare-time activities and social activities. Conclusion: Concerning the mother-related factors affecting parenting anxiety, further exploration should be directed toward the following research topics: 1) the necessity for validating whether the mother’s temperamental disposition is a fundamental factor of the parenting anxiety, 2) mother’s personality to maintain the mental health and the husband-wife relationship, and 3) parenting education starting from the period of pregnancy. |
