| 内容記述 | 目的：海外で実施された研究の文献レビューを行い，がんサバイバーのACP態度の構成要素と関連要因を明らかにする． 方法：データベースMEDLINE，CINAHL，PsycINFOを用いて文献検索を行った．サバイバーのACP態度を調査している，がん患者本人を調査対象とする研究を対象論文として選定した．選定した論文を体系的な要約の形に整理し，内容の分析，結果の統合を行った． 結果：34件の論文を対象として選定した．サバイバーのACP態度に関する研究結果はACPの認知，希望，取り組み，障壁に統合された．年齢，年収，性別，学歴，家族背景，病状に対する認識，特定の治療体験が，ACP態度の関連要因として特定された． 考察：サバイバーのACP支援には，学習機会を提供し正しい知識を普及するとともに，心理的準備状態を捉えた個別的な支援が求められる． |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: To identify components and associated factors of advance care planning (ACP) attitudes among cancer survivors through a literature review of studies conducted abroad. Methods: A literature search was conducted using the databases MEDLINE, CINAHL, and PsycINFO. Studies that investigated ACP attitudes of cancer survivors and included cancer patients were picked. Selected articles were organized into systematic summaries, contents were analyzed, and the results were synthesized. Results: Thirty-four articles were selected. The results of studies on survivors’ACP attitudes were integrated into ACP perceptions, preferences, participations, and barriers. Age, income, sex, education, family background, perception of the medical condition, and specific treatment experiences were identified as associated factors of ACP attitudes. Conclusion: ACP support for survivors requires providing learning opportunities, disseminating correct knowledge, and individualized support that accounts for psychological readiness. |
