Without supports from these equipments, medical procedures of today are not possible. Medical-electronic devices using radiofrequency wave have been applied to various treatment. A typical example is \"Electro-Surgical Unit (ESU)\". The beginning of this device was in the year of 1926. Since that time this device has been applied to surgery as an indispensable tool. On the other hand, this had some side-effects with electromagnetic interference to other medical electronic apparatuses. So all related medical personnel should know fundamentals of ESU, theoretically and also as a matter of assurance of medical safety. Nowadays electromagnetic interferance (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) are realy in debates. A typical example is how to use mobile telephone in hospital.
