| 内容記述 | 1997年の児童福祉法の改正で教護院が児童自立支援施設に改められた。これを機に、従来にも増して入所児童の自立を支援するのであれば、児童が重たく抱えている性の問題に対してもより一層有効な手助けをせねばなるまい。その際、児童の将来にわたる身体と精神の健康をも視野にいれたリプロダクティブ・ヘルス/ライツ(自己の性と生殖について、自己決定を含めた主体的コントロールのできること)が児童の発達を保障する一側面として問われることが望まれる。現場の実情に照らしながら児童の自立を助ける処遇のあり方を探るための最初の作業として、まずは教護院におけるリプロダクティブ・ヘルスの課題を明らかにする必要がある。そこで筆者が全教護院に対するアンケート調査を試みた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Reform School was the most long-established agency to admit and guide the delinquent and pre-delinquent children (exclusive of the legal offender) in Japan. In 1997, that were changed to Support Home in new amendment to Child Welfare Law. Support Home has need to secure reproductive health/rights of children. However we don't even have enough knowledge on the need and the problem in Reform School. It is necessary to make clear them previous to draw up new support programs. I questionnaired all Reform School in 1997. The purpose of this study is to report the results. | |||||
