| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、リハビリテーションの臨床において簡便な筋緊張評価を可能にし、筋緊張と心理的指標との関連を検証することである。対象は健常者19名とし、筋緊張は左右の僧帽筋、上腕二頭筋、上腕三頭筋、手指および手関節伸筋群、手指および手関節屈筋群を測定した。心理指標はEysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised (EPQ-R)、Psychological Strees Response Scale (PSRS)、ordinate scaleの3つの心理指標による評価を行った。筋弾性計による測定と積分筋電図との高い相関を示した(r=0.44-0.76)。筋弾性の左右差では、痛み(r=0.51,p<0.05),不安感(r=0.48,p<0.05)との有意な相関を示した。本研究は、リハビリテーションにおける筋緊張評価として、筋弾性計を用いることができる可能性を示した。また、筋緊張と心理・行動面が相関することが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective:The purpose of this study is to clarify that the relationship between muscle tension and psychological status. Methods:Participants were 19 healthy volunteers. We measured muscle tension of 7 muscles by the tissue tension meter. The tissue tension meter shown average of each muscle tension. Psychological status and stress response were evaluated by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised (EPQ-R), the Stress Response Scale-18 (SRS-18), and the ordinate scales which we are usually used. Results:Muscle tension was significantly related pain (r=0.51,p<0.05) and anxiety (r=0.48,p<0.05). Conclusion:Muscle tension showed the correlation with emotion, personality status, and stress response. | |||||
