 note = {わが国における高齢者虐待の研究は、1990年代中頃よりその取り組みが始まってきている。そして、今日に至る中で、研究者間において高齢者虐待の形態に関して合意が得られるようになってきている。その形態は、身体的虐待、性的虐待、情緒的・心理的虐待、経済的・物質的虐待、そして放任である。しかしながら、高齢者への放任の概念は複雑で、臨床における専門家間での合意に欠ける状況である。本論文は、高齢者への放任の概念を明確にし、今後の研究課題を浮き彫りにすることを目的としている。, The study of Elder Abuse has been developed in Japan since the middle of '90s. There is some agreement among researchers as to types of elder abuse : Physical abuse, Sexual abuse, Emotional or psychological abuse, Financial or material abuse, and Neglect. The concept of Elder Neglect, however, is complex, and lacks consensus among professionals in the fields. The purpose of this paper is to define the concept of Neglect and to clarify the tasks to be studied from now on.},
