However, there are limited reports on heart failure patients with a high incidence of delirium, and on factors impacting the efficacy of drug therapy.\nMethods: From April 2019 to March 2021, patients admitted to the cardiology department of our hospital with heart failure, or a history of heart failure, were included in this study. Participants were all treated with medication for delirium, and variables such as background and laboratory results were examined in the medical records.
