1 年 8 月末に栃木県県北地域の通所リハビリテーション施設に登録されている利用者 59 名(男性 33 名,女性 26 名,年齢 76.3 ± 8.7 歳)とした.対象者に Life Space Assessment ( LSA )と背景因子(家族構成,自宅移動手段,服薬数,睡眠導入剤の服薬状況,過去 1 年間の転倒歴)を調査した.LSA 得点を従属変数,背景因子を独立変数とした重回帰分析を実施した.\n結果：LSA 総得点の平均は 37.1±21.6 点,中央値(四分位範囲)は 32 点(22～57 点)であった.LSA に影響を及ぼす因子として抽出された項目は「自宅移動手段」であった.\n考察：車社会である栃木県県北地域の要支援・軽度要介護高齢者の活動範囲は他の地域と比較して狭小化しやすい可能性がある.そして,栃木県県北地域在住要支援・軽度要介護高齢者に対する活動範囲拡大の介入は自宅移動手段の自立度改善が重要である可能性が示唆された.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"Shiba,
