I created an interview guide with the theme “what was good and bad about clinical training and how to improve it”. I interviewed 17 graduates of occupational therapy at vocational schools in two groups. For qualitative-analysis methodology, I referred to Anbai’s analysis method for group interviews and the analysis method of S. Vaughn et al. For further analysis, I used “NVivo 12 Pro Japanese version for Windows,” a software that supports qualitative research.\nResults: From the interviews, I determined four ways in which clinical training can be highly satisfying for students: polite correspondence among students during practical training; professional improvement in the qualifications of the instructors;\nan understanding of the students’ worries among the instructors; and good human interactions in the workplace.\nDiscussion: For these points to be applicable, it is important that the instructors are highly motivated for clinical 17 名を対象に,「臨床実習について,良かったことや悪かったこと,その改善策」を主題とするインタビューガイドを作成してフォーカス・グループ・インタビュー(Focus Group Interview)を行った.質的分析方法として,安梅の「グループインタビューの分析法」と Vaughn らの「分析の方法」を参考に,また分析に際して,質的研究支援ソフトである NVivo12 Pro を使用した.\n結果:《実習学生への丁寧な対応》,《実習指導者の専門職としての資質》,《実習学生の悩みを汲み取れない実習指導者》,《実習施設の人間関係》の 4 つが重要カテゴリーとして抽出された.\n考察:学生の満足度の高い臨床実習の実践の在り方として,1)実習学生への丁寧な対応,2)専門職としての資質向上,3)実習学生の悩みの理解,4)職場内の良好な人的環境,の 4
