Thus, we investigated the relationship between nutritional status and masticable foods, deglutition and physical function in elderly outpatients.\nMethods: A total of 66 elderly outpatients participated in the study. The investigation items were masticable 20 foods, tongue pressure, walking speed, grip strength, and skeletal muscle mass index (SMI). The Mini Nutritional Assessment-Short Form (MNA-SF) was also administered. We divided the participants into a normal nutritional status group and a malnourished group based on their MNA-SF scores and compared the groups. The odds ratio for nutritional status for each item was determined by logistic regression analysis.\nResults: About 47% of the participants were malnourished or at risk of malnourishment. A comparison of the groups indicated that the normal nutritional status group showed significantly higher consumption of masticable foods, grip strength, and SMI than the malnourished group. The results of logistic regression analysis indicated that masticable foods and grip strength were significant predictors of nutrition status.\nConclusion: This study suggested that the nutrition of elderly outpatients is related to the deglutition ability of masticable foods and Sarcopenia factor of grip strength and SMI.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"はじめに:地域で高齢者が生活するためには,サルコペニアを予防することが重要である.本研究は,地域在住要支援・要介護高齢者の摂取可能食品の特徴,栄養状態と関連する嚥下機能・サルコペニア関連因子を検討する.\n方法:対象は,通所リハビリを利用している要支援・要介護高齢者 66 名.調査項目は,20 品目摂取可能食品調査,舌圧,歩行速度,握力,骨格筋指数(SMI),簡易栄養状態評価表(MNA-SF)を実施した.分析は,摂取可能食品数の集計と MNA-SF により栄養良好群と不良群に分類し,各調査項目について 2 群を比較した.\n結果:低栄養または低栄養リスクがある者が全体の 47% 存在した.さらに,栄養良好群は,摂取可能食品数,握力,SMI が不良群に比し有意に高値を示した.栄養状態を従属変数としたロジスティック回帰分析は,摂取可能食品数と握力が有意だった.\n考察:地域在住要支援・要介護高齢者の栄養状態には,嚥下機能関連因子の摂取可能食品数とサルコペニア関連因子の握力と SMI
