地域福祉の主体形成論に関する基礎的考察 Fundamental consideration about human development in community welfare community work community development empowerment human development 現在の地域福祉の実践については、その全般にわたり主体形成の課題を意識しながら実践を展開することが重要な課題となっている。本論分では現代の地域福祉実践における主体形成の枠組みを明らかにするために、主体形成の枠組みに関する基礎的な検討を行った。その結果、地域福祉の主体形成を実践していくときの指標、および分析枠組みとして、地域福祉の主体形成の枠組みを明らかにすることができた。今後の課題としては、この枠組みにしたがって、実践事例等を取り上げて、この枠組みを実証的に検討していくことである。 Human development is most important issue in a community social work practice in Japan. This paper is fundamental consideration about framework of human development theory in community welfare practice. In a results I was able to clarify about the framework when to practice human development in community social work.
