The results showed that social support received through the interpersonal skills related to social skills, and self-disclosure influenced job satisfaction, although the goodness-of-fit was insufficient.\nConclusion: Although not a sufficient fit, social support received through interpersonal skills was shown to influence job satisfaction. 内容記述 | 目的:介護職員のソーシャル・スキルならびに自己開示という対人スキルとソーシャル・サポートが,職務満足感に与える影響について明らかにすることであった. 方法:首都圏の特別養護老人ホームに勤務する 184 名に質問紙調査を実施し,職種が介護職員である 128 名を分析対象とした.分析方法として,相関分析,t 検定,パス解析を用いて,仮説モデルを検証した. 結果:パス解析を行い,仮説モデルに修正を加えたモデルを採用した.結果として,適合度は十分ではないが,ソーシャル・スキルと自己開示という対人スキルを経て,受け取ったソーシャル・サポートが職務満足感に影響を与えることが示された. 考察:十分な適合度ではないものの,対人スキルによって受け取ったソーシャル・サポートが,職務満足感に影響を与えることが示された.このことから介護職員の職務満足感を高めるには,対人スキルの向上ならびに,ソーシャル・サポートが互恵できる連携体制の整備が必要といえる. |
